โ โ โ โ โ NEVER USE THE BP HALSWELL. THEY ARE RUDE, USELESS, AND THE BOSS FAVOURS INDIANS BECAUSE HE IS ONE. THEY DONT SPEAK OR UNDERSTAND ENGLISH. THE MOST DISGUSTING PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. HOW SAD TO WORK FOR MINIMUM WAGE AS A GARAGE ATTENDANT ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU'VE BEEN THERE FOR YEARS AND JUST GOTTEN OLD. MISS YOU SO MUCH JOSH, THE PLACE HAS GONE DOWNHILL SO FAST, IT'S MADE THE HILL LONGER. WORST GARAGE EVER SINCE JOSH LEFT
The new manager must be female, because he has no balls whatsoever. He doesn't know how to talk to customers or how to treat them. Be very careful when using this garage as the staff are paid to deliver the worst service ever and they are impeccable at really bad service.

โ โ โ โ โ Regular customer as i work i on the road. Needed to use toilet... as i have IBS (irritable bowel syndrome)
Cleaning was in progress, so i asked if i could please use toilet as i was busting.
He replied i dont care, get out! I understand they are limited to cleaning times.. but two toilets appeared to have been cleaned already... ?
Thats two rude staff members there. Will not return or ever buy fuel from there again. Terrible service

โ โ โ โ โ What an absolute joke. I went to fill my vehicle today. There are new signs saying fuel must be paid for before pump will activate. He asked " How much fuel do you want?" "I said I don't know?" I'm sure other consumers will take their business elsewhere like myself.
