β β β β β Pretty disappointed. Terrible, snarky service when asked for my extra hot coffee to actually be hot, they turned around and made sure the remake was nuclear and milk burnt. Super disappointing seeings as the food and coffee used to be very good. I understand having bad daysβ¦but come on! Wonβt be back.

β β β β β worst customer service/waitress.
The customer is important, they work for people to come and eat and buy for them. I ask for bacon and egg toast that I had before in this cafe (2 month ago) but she said No, only menu! then I asked for ash tray that I asked before and again, No we don't. without smallest trying to satisfy the costumer need. then I was reading book and she brought the coffee and didn't even put it in front of me (eventhough I had space) and not even saying "here's your coffee" or anything. I went to chill not to get bothered this much with this either moody, not educated or passive agressive behaviour.
I have to mention the first time I went the cafe was good. but this time all the behavior put me off and this shows how important is the waitress or customer service in cafe.

β β β β β The best almond croissants I've EVER tasted (better even than Paris!!!), and just the most incredible customer service in the world. I had a special request and the team went above and beyond to make it work. 10/10 can't get enough.

Good quality products, nice place, good coffee, friendly staff.
They have specials Thu - Sat, they publish them on Instagram every week. They are always trying new things, it's so cool to see their passion in action.

β β β β β Came here last Saturday on recommendation of a friend, and so glad I did. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the coffee was great, and food was even better (pies are best Iβve had in a long time!) They were sold out of most things around 3pm so Iβll be back to try more

β β β β β 6.30am work breakfast for 5 people.
Food & coffee's arrived in good time, hot & all dishes were fantastic & beautifully presented.
Waitress was very pleasant & cabinet food looked very fresh & tasty.
Will definitely be back soon.

β β β β β Still drooling over this epic brekkie of champions! Reuben croissant sando for the win! And their steak & mushroom pies are killer! Tip of the week, get in early morning for a croissant of the day, as they sell out quick! So cool having a top bakery in Wigram Skies. Thanks Will and team for your amazing baking.

β β β β β Nice bakery but the salads could be nicer with Cauliflower. Row broccoli was little bit odd to us. But the source was great. Pies are excellent. Love to visit sometime. :)
