★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The night guy Craig, awesome guy! Such a friendly atmosphere when you walk in. Definitely will come and get my fuel here if he’s working. Having people in the workplace like him really makes a difference for all the customers. Top guy! Look after staff like him, so hard to come by!

The coffee guy on, Warren, didn’t want to serve us and threw a little tantrum when asked if we could order coffee. I get there’s a lot to do at 6am, but the service was so poor, our coffees taste like water and there was only two customers with two staff on. Didn’t get offered to use AA Smartfuel or my coffee key tag we had ready. Awful service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BEWARE. They will allow someone to falsely use your name to owe them money for fuel, NO PROOF OF IDENTITY REQUIRED. Then set the debt collectors on you when that person predictably doesn't pay up, then refuse to co-operate when you try to figure out what's going on. Disgusting behaviour from a particular senior staff member (owner?) who needs a reality check. Won't be going here again, ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ran out of mouth masks and asked if I could buy one of them since i needed petrol and some groceries. No mask no service sign on the door so thought they would be able to help
They charged me $3 for the disposable mask only.
I left and will not ne back. Please do the same and skip this petrol station if you feel public safety should not be a means to exploit another human being.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The grey/straight haired old bag could pass for a female SS officer in 1930s Germany. Yikes. Not sure whether she is super paranoid of the flu or just feels so powerless in her personal life, that she weilds the little bit of power she has as the owner of a petrol station (in Greymouth of all places ?) with unabashed enthusiasm.
