★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff but... super expansive workshop. Paid way too much and they were sneaky - didnt let us know about all the fees. Both my partner and I brought a car to the garage and left with salty bills for minor reparations! Big mistake will go elsewhere next

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t go here for your caffeine fix. We waited 10-15 minuets for a couple of coffees while one staff member went between the coffee machine and serving customers. He then started by making the most recent coffee order, neglecting the orders that had been waiting longer. Ended up getting a refund and leaving. Wouldn’t recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Travelling through from Picton to Christchurch at night and my glasses had become dirty and hard to see through at night. I asked if they sold glass cleaner, when told sorry no they don’t the extremely helpful lady offered me her own personal cleaning spray. So thankful for her compassionate care, good coffee too. Will go out of my way to revisit this store. Thank you Kaikoura BP, you have exceptional staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On our way to Hanmer Springs from Blenheim we stopped here to fuel up. We found this BP service station right on the left of state highway. It has a modern outlook with multiple fuel pump available. We could fuel up and then pay later. Some places we have to pay and then fuel up. Their system caused us less inconvenient. Coffee is available on the go and other automotive items and groceries. We drove during day light. I bet during night is will be well lit up service station.
