★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unfriendly man on the counter.I asked for a car wash. He just put a sign infront of me to choose which car wash I wanted. Didn’t say a word to me. I chose the $18 one. Car still had dirt on it so I went and told him. Again didn’t say a word to me, just went behind the counter and gave me another receipt to get a car wash… same thing again, still dirt left on the car. Won’t be back here again. Terrible customer service and the car wash doesn’t work properly!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Useless, Rude & Entitled staff, absolutely zero customer service skills are taught to employees here. By the looks of it, they are trained to sit there and read the paper.
Not to mention BP is an absolute rip off right now. Never thought I’d get close to paying $200 for a tank of gas in a SEDAN.
Also very misleading, do not expect AA Smartfuel Discounts here, they advertise ‘6c off’ for Smartfuel cardholders, but coincidentally the ‘card scanner’ is broken every time. I’m not thick, I know how an RF gun works, just scan my barcode and give me my discount (Which isn’t really a discount when you are charging that much for fuel)

I seriously haven't had a nice coffee in such a long time.
Mcdonalds don't seem to train their staff in the art of being a barista anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely Rude guy at the counter named Paul. Worst guy to deal with as clearly seems how much he hate his job by the way he behaves to people. Change your job if you dont like mate as no one deserves to be treated rudely especially spending money

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude staff member at the front counter. My sisters and I have been there several times in the past few months and all commented on how intentionally rude and sullen he is. Never dealt with someone so openly hostile in retail before. Not sure why BP still has him on board as their customer service is normally 4-5 stars

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paid $18 for an Ultra Wash which left my car with droplets of water. Car wash machine appeared to be outdated and has an awkward spot exiting the drive through carwash with the right rear wheel of my car getting caught to the steel guide rail while exiting.
Other drive through carwash can do better for $16. I won’t come back, and I don’t recommend to get your car washed here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Offers 91, 95 petrol and diesel. Comes with a mini supermarket. A wild Bean Cafe operating. 9kg gas cylinders only. A carwash is available. Customer service was not that appealing. No truck stop. Located just by the main road.
