★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Managers attention:Worst hand at coffee station. She has to be taught how to make different coffees. She took 10 min to serve 2 customers. Wonder why? She was chatting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good and fast services. Dual pumps on each lane. Offer all types of fuels. Pumps have awesome extendable hose so you don't have to queue up depending which side your fuel gate is located on the vehicle. Rated 2 star mainly due to the following reason: there is ONLY one exit out of this site which is left turn onto Northcott Road. As it is situated at a major intersection, during peak hours, it takes up to 10 mins and more to get onto the main road, that is when others give way to you. Further, it is nearly impossible to change into the centre lane even in advance.. if you want to then turn right further down the road to go north-bound on motorway. Basically you can get trapped just trying to get out of the station during peak hours. So you can't just get in and out quickly with this one. Try it and you will know what I mean. And Good luck. Unlikely to return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best place on the planet. Very cool and very quirky. The boiz BP is the best BP. As you can tell from its motto "Let Courage be thy test" - this BP has courage and boldness no other gas station could ever manage to muster. We see the gull being built down the road and go boo. We say boo. BOO! The Gull and the Zed are cringe and enemies of the state. The BP will fight on. Stay strong my BP bros. The darkness is coming, but if BP acts as a light in the light in the void, maybe some of us will find our way home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ l had misplaced my Onecard which had 30 cent discount on it the teller asked if l received an email showing the discount l did and be'coz the petrol was over $40 l qualified for the daily 06 cents too?having to pay $35. I will definitely be returning for that wonderful customer service ??®️. Let's hope it stays like that! One thing I ❤️ when I am out and about is awesome, competent service it makes my interactions in public so much more positive and not going home stressed ☺️ I would also like to believe that I have done the same for customer service person's?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to BP takapuna last night approx 5pm to grab something to eat before a meeting at 6pm.
I'm a nurse so I don't really get sick much....but last night I really thought I was going to have to present to ED with food poisoning. I have been up all night vomiting and on the bathroom floor in with such intense stomach pain. I am currently dehydrated as I cannot even digest water. The vomiting started approx 1 hour after I left BP and has continued alnight.
I presented to BP with 2 other colleagues...so i can only assume it was the "chicken bites" from wild bean Cafe as I also had an ice chocolate and i assume the milk used in the ice chocolate was the same as the flat whites my colleagues had and they weren't sick.
Please respond as serving dated food or food that has been sitting in your hot case the entire day isn't good food hygiene or preparation.
Of course iv tried to call your contact centre so it can be delt with privately but nobody answers unfortunately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Around 1.25pm went to BP smales farm to order 2 coffees. A charming girl with a name of "Deepika" served us and made our coffees. Her customer service was very excellent and made our coffees extremely good. Highly recommended?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is really friendly and they know how to greet and give service to the customers. I have been buying coffee from bp since 5 years but I love to go to this store because they are experienced and know how to make a good coffee.
