★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food and Coffee were amazing as usual. Unfortunately we were extremely let down by the awful service. There was one staff member who was loudly joking about wanting to end her life whilst making coffees (due to the busyness of the cafe). She was also extremely rude to customers when handing over orders. She was unnecessarily blunt and didn't apologise for the 30 minute wait for a single coffee. Not a single smile was on her face. Can't fault other staff. Really disappointed and has put us off going in the future.
