L	Logan Douglas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited morning of 25th january, asked if i could bring in my escooter so it doesn't get stolen.... all ok no problem got a lovely coffee. Visit again this afternoon at 630pm, older gentleman working there tells me " NOPE GET YOUR SCOOTER OUT OF HERE " like im some kind of kid screwing up your floors with tar.... Im very aware of the dirty tyres, i always ensure my tyres are clean and free of tar... before bringing it into the shop. Please ensure your staff are consistent in policies, the old guy needs a tune up on his attitude towards younger people too.... Tried to explain it to another staff member how other staff let me in no problems at all..... but wouldnt listen. I visit tauriko bp all the time as a long term loyal customer, ill be advising the manager at the location how bad my experience was in taupo BP. It was a classic boomer vs young guy scenario. Total cringe.
R	Reid on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some authoritarian women blasted out over the public address system not to use the brush on a couple of spots on the car (after the $135 fill) - she is the perfect person for George Orwell's book Animal Farm. I duly ignored her and will never fill up there again.
T	Tamara Medina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Around 2:45pm on Friday 5th of January, I walked in to get a ticket for the car wash service. Keep in my mind that I have previously had my car washed here twice before and in those times I was instructed to tape the aerial down (since my car can’t automatically retract it) which I did with no issues. But for some empty headed reason, according to Andrew’s new “professional”opinion my unchanged car was not approved. He pointed out that it’s because the aerial is too long. I explained that I have been allowed before using tape to hold it down and he condescendingly told me he remembered but that this time he couldn’t allow me. I honestly felt dumbfounded and he rudely told me to leave because there were people waiting behind me. No wonder the reviews are so low here the customer service is lacking so much.

Told me the price of my drink and just handed my change, no goodbye, nothing. Terrible service BP, should have realized this from other reviews

Plenty of pumps, decent size shop floor, car wash, vacuum etc. Right in the middle of the shopping centre and not far off the main road along the lakeside. The instructions for the carwash are a bit nonsensical, winding up the windows comes before typing the unique wash program code into the keypad, which is outside the car. This is difficult to do with the windows up.

My Mercedes was pristine, but BP wouldn't give me a contact person and they wouldn't let me view the camera footage (proving that I was stationary).
