★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really poor customer service first I went to the counter and the guy was counting the money and I asked him is he going to serve me still he was counting the cash. Then he came to serve me and he got the big time attitude no greeting at all eating chewing gum over all very poor service. Really disappointed never coming back here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff need to listen clearly to coffee orders. I asked for chocolate sprinkled on top and the guy told the barista cinnamon. She makes it and when I correct the guy, the lady takes off the cinnamon top and replaces with choc, then she tells me to taste it, and if i didnt like it she would make the correct order...obviously there were others waiting for coffee and I didnt want to make a fuss so I left. With no froth due to scraping most off, coffee tasted mediocre. Please staff, listen to an order properly!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to do full tank as it was 10c off on AA card. I signaled the cashier more than 10 times as pumps on pre pay. No one acknowledged. I left the station without filling. Ended up filling up nearby Gull in roscommon road with self service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have come here multiple times before to get coffee and fill up. When we got coffee here the last time we asked for medium coffees and were given the small cups claiming thats what their mediums are like here (we know they arent and we paid for mediums). We came in again today as our power was out and we bought two large coffees and asked if they would be able to boil water for a flask as we have an infant that is formula fed and we cant heat any water up for him. They then charged us for the boiled water too? I am baffled. Wont be coming here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed to take the time to say thank you to Veronica and the team at BP Weymouth for their amazing work. I get my morning coffee from them everyday and it always such a positive experience. They are all so friendly, take time to greet you and talk and it makes early mornings so much more bearable. I will miss them while we are on lockdown. I know they are still hard at work serving the community and for this i thank them even more. You are all heroes too!
