Lets just say i had higher expectations knowing Classic cafe southmall provides delicious meals and drinks with a friendly & inviting customer service.
Message to the cook: If you dont enjoy your job then pls do evryone a favour and leave asap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So ...sad story I sent my 15 yrs old daughter to quickly grab us some snack as fast as she could, which are 4 items =$18.90
1x Chicken roll sandwich, 1x chicken kebab, 1x hot chips and 1x chicken thigh, She came back with a total of $18.90 cost.
I went back 2 days later(when I could) to ask the lovely 'young' lady there how this purchase totaled to that amount, she said Sorry the lady charge you $4 extra but "it happens with the elderly staffs here koz me and my other (youger) colleague don't work the weeksends, only they do", "It usually happens when their on...(she smiles )
So FYI !! Week Days Customers plz check your orders if you have e been correctly charged...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After getting rave reviews about this place from my colleague at work I decided to try it out. I ordered the classic burger that comes with chips. I waited about 10 minutes for the order to arrive and as I have a thirty minute lunch I was in a hurry to get back to work as it is quite far. Upon getting back to work I open my take away container and was about to eat the lovely morsel one my place when I notice MOULD lots and lots of green mould spores on the bun. How long was that bun sitting there that it had five mould spores and what kind of a cook would expect someone to eat that. That put me off my whole meal and If it wasn’t for the distance I would’ve taken it back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here yesterday ordered two pancake meals and a bacon bene takeout unfortunately as I walked out of the cafe due to the wind the top container wobbled and ended up toppling over with the second box onto the concrete, I told the worker that my food had dropped outside the entrance, I was pretty upset only left with one meal intact and managed to save half of the other one, please put them in big cardboard tray boxes if you have more than 2 or 3 meals that are takeout it will help make a difference in ensuring this kind of thing doesn’t happen again. I was also holding my drink and keys reason to why it was hard to carry them.
