★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am on a week trip away and was put up here with my partner. We lasted all of four hours before we packed our bags and paid for another place to stay. The reception area was a mess and receptionist very rude! The room smelt damp and stains were covering the floor and the chairs.
This does seem like an emergency housing location when we arrived. Which didnt bother us much. But was pushed to leave when we saw stray needles lying around some parts of the carpark. Making us feel unsafe.
I ve never had to leave any form of accomadation before. But this is a first I dont think anyone wants to have. Would have rated 0 if possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dirty : we stayed for 3 weeks & didn't get clean sheets or towels the entire stay (even when we asked), there was no cleaning of rooms (which are grotty & overpriced) the owner/manager is in wrong job she is extremely rude & obviously forgotten that the guests pay her wages.
Respect costs nothing.
My advice is stay anywhere else, seriously anywhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place to go.. Alex was extremely rude. Place was crawling with druggies, alcoholics and gang members ! rooms smelt of all sorts, neighbors kept us up all hours of the night. People arguing and fighting ! most of all bed sheets were disgusting !!! absolutely would not reccomend !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty old and worn out rooms. Rooms stunk. Carpet smells. Must be a winz housing motel. Guests kept us up for 2 days each night. Wouldn't come again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Magical hotel. We paid for 4 ppl but stayed 7(4 human beings and 3 spiders). The owner doesn’t seem to care and will always be suspicious and ask question. Bonus in staying Braemar- you can also spot blood stain on the bedsheet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms are old and window cills and timber panelling build up cooking fat and and dirt, shower was chipped and leaking water everywhere. Unit had a what I would term as a habitation smell
Seems that emergency housing families are housed at the motel . Domestic argument carried out between 5-6 am with much screaming and swearing, Kids running around and screaming and yelling day and night.
Recomend veiw before paying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is not somewhere I'd go on holiday, but the lady that runs it has kindly opened her doors to long term emergency accommodation for those in need, family's or single folk. So good place to go when u need a home until you find a home. The lady who runs it is strict but will help you find out who u need to talk too thru winz etc and help u get sorted.
