Took me forever to get a staff member to help me when I was in the change rooms and I ended up having to walk out of the changing room topless and raise my voice to get a members attention. Understandable if the store is busy but it was empty with 3x staff members on. I enquired about the suspenders but the staff were extremely unhelpful again, humming and haahing without answering my size questions. When I asked if there was a display model I could see they just shrugged and said there had been but it had "gone missing" without bothering to look around or find a pack to open and show me. Incredibly disappointing experience from a usually reliable store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came into Bras and Things in Sylvia Park because my mother and I had a wonderful experience in the Brisbane shop. I absolutely hate bra shopping but the girls in this shop are fantastic! I'm sorry I didn't get their names but I could not have been in better hands and I could not be happier. I usually never give 5 stars because I believe there's always room for improvement but I simply cannot fault the girls or the shop. They made it an absolute pleasure and I didn't have to spend a fortune! I will definitely be back. Thank you so much!
