★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shout out to John for the excellent customer service! Went to buy a 4k tv and was overwhelmed by the options. John respectively and informatively explained to me the differences and helped me find the best and most budget-friendly option. Was very patient and had a good sense of humor! Much nicer environment and service compared to other branches like Botany.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever had. Poor customer service. Sales representative is not sure of the stock availability. Wasted 45 minutes for nothing. If they had said the item wasn’t available in stock I would have gone . Finally they said there is one in stock in some other branch. If they had said that earlier, I could have gone there and collected it. Not going to JB Hifi anymore.
The sales executive from the head office e I guess called me sans informed there is one available at this branch. Very bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was someone who got scammed and only the ongoing questions of Shannon at JBHiFi Sylvia Park, who alerted me of the scam going on with people buying Google card, which I was to attend the opening party at two Paddocks winery, for Jurassic Card Friday evening, and I asked if he would help me establish whether there was a party or not. He was more than helpful, as there was no party, when he phoned to find out, and spent some time in consoling me, as felt stupid and gullible. You have a wonderful lad in
Shannon, and I highly praise him for his smart but kind help to my plight.
So wish him the highest praise...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My 18yo son bought a laptop in Jan. The opening mechanism jammed and thus preventing my son from opening his laptop. We came in to advise of the issue less than a month owning the laptop. Advised store staff about issue and staff insinuated that we damaged the laptop? This upset me as he could see no drop marks or damage from misuse whatsoever. After raising me voice at him he said best we leave it to the manufacturer for deciding, I said yeah best to leave your assuming comments out of it. We werent there for a free laptop this is my sons biggest purchase since getting money and this is how we got treated. Still we have not heard in regards to my sons laptop. Poor staff who do good things only to be let down by actions of one and/or few.

He took his time explaining what my options were and offered me the best deal. Jason was very professional, extremely knowledgeable, and very accommodating. His customer service very valuable. Thank you Jason for going over and above. Your store manager is lucky to have you. FYI My computer is now working better than before just like you said it would.
If you have any questions related to any electronic devices Jason is your man, he will not disappoint. Kudos to you Jason!????

The person who served me though gave me alternatives as well as informed me of other stores that did have it in stock.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is a problem with shopping online... you don't see goods grouped together or realise what a store sells. With regards to JBHifi I wanted a coffee machine. Their price was outstanding. Thankfully opted for click & collect. Once in the store I picked up some accessories to go with the machine. Staff very helpful. Prices excellent. Very happy!
