★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the staff was very rude to my mom when she went in for a mammography. My mom doesn’t speak English very well and she went in for a mammography and got asked a couple of questions from one of the staff members there. The staff was nodding along and giving out the message that she understood my mom and what she was saying. Later on the staff went and complained angrily to my dad that she couldn’t understand my mom at all and that my mom needed to bring someone along so that they could translate what my mom was saying, even though she was nodding along to everything my mom said and giving out the message that she understood my mom. Like don’t nod if you don’t understand what someone’s saying? ?
