β β β β β What a vibe! Our whole family had a great time. And the live musician made the evening! Thanks for having us.

β β β β β Good for drinks and socialising however the food is absolutely atrocious, especially the pizza. When they first opened the food was brilliant but with this menu switch I canβt say the same.

β β β β β This place certainly isn't what it used to be. We booked but when we arrived we had to find our own table and it took 20mins before someone came to the table and acknowledged us (there was barely any customers). There was no heating, so the place was freeezing, we wore our coats the whole time. Menu was very limited. We did try and change restaurants but the place down the road was too busy so we stayed. Having said that, once we did get served the guy who served us was very friendly and helpful and as we were celebrating 2 birthdays they bought out a complimentary dessert for us which was really nice.

β β β β β I love coming to Brewd with my friend as the staff know a lot about dietary requirements and standards- including what is in the sauces! They are very knowledgeable and kind. It is great peace of mind to feel confident that I can treat my friend to a great time, with great service, and great food without the worry Ithatshe could have reaction. Thank you and your wonderful staff.

β β β β β Good food and nice setting, customer service was good to start with but the wait times got pretty bad. We had to wait at least 45 mins for our meal to arrive - when there were only a few tables occupied. When we asked, we were told it was due to all the takeaway orders that were coming through and new staff in the kitchen. It would've been good if they had told us this at the time or even during our wait. Also we had to chase up the deserts too, which added to our dissatisfaction. Overall an average rating given the long wait times.

β β β β β Without wanting to be too critical things didn't go very well when we visited for a meal. Arriving at 5.45pm our orders were taken. At 6.10pm we were told our table was reserved for 7pm - no problem I thought as we'll have finished our burgers by then. But by 7.10pm our meal still hadn't arrived (or anybody to claim our table). Our server initially told us the kitchen was very busy which seemed unlikely when we arrived but subsequently confirmed our order had been lost. We were offered free drinks for the inconvenience which was appreciated. But I found the burgers somewhat underwhelming. I had expected a gourmet style burger but it wasn't too much different than a Big Mac but with a much longer wait time. The staff were very apologetic. I quite like Brew'd as a place to go for a drink but not so much for a meal.

β β β β β Fairly standard franchise bar, like a pub with the feel of a cafe. We live close by and have been on many occasions. Love that there is a quiz in the neighbourhood! The food is decent - the burgers are usually solid. Itβs a gorilla burger location now soβ¦ mixed. Strong range of beer.
