★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff on the phone and at reception very rude and helpless, I can see this is a big mistake taking me car there. I will say think twice before you deal with this workhop. Better find someone else to get you car fixed. But dont come here ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. After taking my car in for panel beating when I was to collect it there was new damage to my car. They reviewed the photos they took and agreed to mend the additional damage. The second time I went to collect it there were new scratches to the paintwork. Which again took time to repair. The staff were unwelcoming and bordering on being rude. I will not do business with them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My vehicle was stolen two months ago, due to that I received damage to one wheel, the quarter light window, ignition barrel and very minor paint damage.
We followed up with the company by phone multiple times in the first five weeks, each time we were met with very rude and unhelpful staff and were told they would call us back each time (which never happened).
About five weeks into 'repairs' we finally found out no work had been completed and parts had not been ordered.
We had already been without a car for five weeks, Brian Roberts wouldn't let us use their courtesy car until we complained to the insurer.
They refused to admit any fault and insisted on charging us $15.00 a day for the courtesy car. We were told if we weren't happy with it we could take our business elsewere (and start the process again).
After ordering parts it took another two weeks to complete the repairs.
When our vehicle was picked up it still had an error light flashing on the dash board (even though the vehicle had allegedly been through a full mechanical and electrical check).
It clearly hadn't been test driven and we had to return it and wait another 3 days to get it back again.
I highly recomend no one use this company, especially if it is through insurance. I believe they are prioitising other work before insurance jobs.
In total they charged about $10,000.00 to repair a wheel, window, ignition barrel, panel work and the required mechanical check. Took 2 months, about 6 weeks too long...
