★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service here is really bad. If you see the lady behind the counter WALK AWAY. I wouldn't bother. Also if you compare their prices to any other place they are ridiculous when I comes the the bonds and insurance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While the vehicle we hired was great, unfortunately the customer service was not. Franklin Car and Truck Rentals were not accommodating at all to after hours returns and put us under a lot of stress by the way they communicated that we would be responsible for any and all damage caused to the vehicle by choosing to leave it outside the business after hours.
We had a minor issue with the handbrake during the hire and when we called to ask for help, we were made to feel like idiots for not knowing this truck had a special feature with the handbrake that most cars do not.
They really need to consider the manner in which they speak to their customers, as it is very off-putting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I use this company all the time. Kevin and Ang are always willing to accommodate my needs and my company has built a great working relationship with them. Their vehicles are top of the line and I have never had any problems with them. Because of the nature of my business I can rest assure they will always have a vehicle for me or try and work around me at the drop of a hat. The customer service and great British banter is a bonus!???
