★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very highly priced for average accommodations with bare basic amenities, like no forks if you buy takeaways. The shower doesn't drain properly and you stand in filthy water... the fire alarm went off early in the morning and the staff did not bother with any evacuation procedures, or checking on any guests. Dissapointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very sloppy customer service all round. The staff waiting on our table were inexperienced and intrusive (eg: abruptly interrupted conversation to take orders several times).
We paid for the whole table when we left and later found out that everyone else at the table was still charged when they left. When we realised they’d made the mistake, we drove back to have them reverse the transaction and they took very little responsibility for overcharging us $160.
The food was also average.

No seasoned properly.
Thought we'd have a nice meal outside. We got stinking cigarettes smoke from other table. No impressed.
Should be ni smoking in ans around food areas.
Staff was friendly they get 5 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Five stars for the restaurant, 3 for the accommodation. Food earns 5 stars - fabulous! Every course we had was delicious. Staff in restaurant were lovely, but we did have to keep putting our hand up for attention (and staff to tables ratio looked ok). Accommodation was over priced. We stayed in the old part under the eaves, which was cute, beds comfortable. But inadequate toilet paper, towels and check in was unwelcoming (4 in the afternoon- so they weren't overwhelmed with the bar/restaurant activity). And please do something about soap dishes and local information! Shout out to the housekeeping staff who helped us and others with key returns in the morning (because there were no instructions on how to check out).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a few waitress trying but.they were extremely busy so completely understandable than a guy waiter came over an it flowed well an the ladies behind the bar overall all staff did extremely well.food was great an drinks atmosphere was great. Short notice of 5 minutes reserved after I called for 7 people an we had 1 chef an one restaurant manager with us an they understood ? so great place to go to

The meal!!! WOW?the scotch fillet with peppercorn sauce on mash with veges was absolutely delicious. Compliments to the chef.
The lamb, slow cooked was the same. Wow!
A beautiful setting overlooking a quiet street the evening we were there or on the deck overlooking the stream.
Inside had tonnes of seating.
Above all, People make a business, you are the assets of the business and you all can be proud, 'hold your heads high team!'

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff. Clean and spacious room with a good shower. No real disturbance with regard to noise from the restaurant and bar. Had dinner in the restaurant and the food was very good. Bed was comfortable and both a fan and heater were provided and were perfectly adequate. Great location for town and river walks
