★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Didn't use the drive thru went in store got back to car and food was luke warm very frustrating. Also used toilet facilities which needrd to be cleaned and required paper. Won't stop here again as this is the second time received near cold food disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Toilets are disgusting never clean. Paper and wrappers over the floor not to mention the cleanliness of the toilet bowl. Chips are always soggy from here. I drive through if I go here these days and use the BP toilets instead.

Went to counter to be served today - was ignored for 7 minutes, then told they would not serve me - had to use their machine. Then no help when I couldn't get order machine to work. 15 minutes in McDonald's warkworth - no queue but no order able to be made. Worst service. No service. Don't go there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So disappointing waited on drive through for 1/2 hour. I complained when I got to the second window and no apologies no empathy just well we have no staff. Ice creams were melted by the time we got them and no sauce with nuggets when we got home. You really need to address your service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was greeted by a really polite young man at drive through, and a friendly young lady at pick up window. Got exactly what I ordered, everything was fresh and the mac jr was delish. I even got serviettes. What compelled me to make the review was the manners and friendly service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our family had a good experience here. We dined inside the restaurant. Nice and clean. Quick service. Staff wasn't too bad a smile would definitely make it better. Lack of high chairs inside the restaurant was the only disappointment but food was great ?
