★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter and I got covered in sauce tonight by the owner's daughter who waited out table. Accidents happen, but she had no clue how to deal with it. Gave us a wet chux cloth to clean up which was then left on the table for the rest of the meal.
This review is given however, because she then tried to blame the poor other (new) waitress for her mistakes, and lied to her dad (the owner) about the situation. The other waitress was very young and clearly had no training or support from owner or owner's daughter. Doing her best and should seek a job elsewhere.
Owner offered a $10 discount after debating with him - won't cover a replacement $50 top and he should have done more without argument.
Other points: Toilet door broken so couldn't access toilet. Draft coming from bathroom. Had to ask a couple of times for wine glasses. Bright lighting, and no ambience or music.
Food is good, but what a shambles.
Owners - you are entirely to blame. You can't let kids run front of house. Step out, great your customers (we were the only ones there, so not hard) and own the experience. We won't be back.

Everything below in the 1 star reviews is true.
Food is watery and flavorless , chicken over cooked . Naan dough was not cooked. And no where does it say no rice with your curry !!! For $24 rice is a given!
Asked specially online for cutlery and tissues …… nothing .
A really bad maccas is still better than the best night from these guys .

What a joke
You can tell this owner is only in it for the money and doesn’t care about quality ….. Tell me sir …..where on the order meal app or menulog does it say no rice with your curry…. Only place I saw it was on a piece of paper in the store on the till, so clearly not the first time it’s been an issue ? Your description of butter chicken says “ no need for a description everyone knows butter chicken “ but still none of your curries state no rice is included???
Also where was the cutlery or was that an extra $5 hahah
I’m the only one who didn’t like the chicken ? ??? Have you been reading your previous reviews , this isn’t the first time someone has complained about your food being watery and yuck. I wish I had and saved myself the trouble of throwing away the $45 I spent and then having to buy something else for dinner because yours was so foul.
Cream prices are not relevant because your curry tasted like tough chicken , sugar and water ….. cream barely even seemed like it was there.
It’s ok….. so many great food options around you and lots of low reviews so people will soon learn how nasty & overpriced your food and attitude is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super expensive and then rice not even included! And the vegetable jalfezi had frozen mixed veges in, including bits of corn! (Advertised as seasonal veges in description) Naan was super average, no great flavour to anything, won't be back. If you are driving north anyway, go a bit further to spice lounge in wellsford. Way better prices and flavor

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got the butter chicken from here and it was way too sweet, as if they were trying to make it for white peoples taste buds, tasted like pure sugar and I don’t even know how that is possible. Naan bread was also very thick and chewy a bit tough to eat, highly disappointed especially considering the price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered an Xtra hot butter chicken yesterday, it was delicious and spice was on point. However there was so much sauce in the takeaway box and a couple bits of chicken. At the price they advertise it for you'd think it would also come with rice. No one is going to eat a couple bits of chicken and drink the sauce afterwards. Please include rice! Your customers will be more happy to pay!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very expensive for poor poor quality food, butter chicken was soup, naan bread under cooked and doughy, vindaloo no exotic flavour, none of the beautiful spices it should have, chicken was dry and ordered Indian hot, no spice at all, my kids could handle it.
