★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service, best prices from the four different shops I got quotes from, and very friendly group of blokes working there with a sound knowledge of their trade. My car has a particular size and type of tire that has to be checked as to what the manufacturer specifies, as to what can and cannot be fitted, this was done with know how and precision.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome dudes at this place. Had my cars aligned here and tires done a couple times so far and they have been nothing but honest and friendly. Won't try gouge you for additional costs and they keep you updated on the process and any problems and fixes. The tech that did an alignment on my NA MX5 worked with my inputs every step of the way to help get my precise alignment specs. Awesome guy.
In short: Honest, Friendly, Fair, Intelligent workshop ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Howick Tyres and alignment today and spent $2100, I have been there many times previously and have had good service and a good experience, however today when I told the young guy doing my alignment that the steering wheel was not straight he abused me and told me "whatever" when I questioned the job, this guy was extremely rude and argumentative towards me, he should not be employed in a customer facing role with a shocking attitude like that. For this reason I will not be going there again, he has put a nasty stain on an otherwise good local business.
He should be very ashamed of himself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Popped in at 8:00am Tuesday morning with a puncture repair. Thanks to the very efficient team, I was out the door at 8:20am. The cost of the repair was $40 which is very well priced. The workshop is well lit, clean and tidy. The customer waiting area is nice and open so you can watch your repair whilst waiting. A watercooler is there if customers are waiting on a hot day, and there's a price board of the services they offer so there are no hidden costs. The staff are knowledgeable and welcoming so I'll definitely be coming back here and recommending to everyone. Thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in 20 mins before closing, thinking I would just drop my punctured tire off and pick up in the morning. But to my surprise they fixed it right there and then and took only 20 mins!! Great service and would definitely go back!!

Job was started the moment I arrived and I was ready to drive away again in less than twenty minutes. Really clean and tidy workshop- appears these guys really take pride in their work. I shall return and highly recommend them.
