★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a set of wheels and tyres from here off Jake, they were piled on top of each other, having a bad back I took the risk they were fine as Jake said they had just passed a WOF, I find on inspection they have obviously hit a curb and buckled one of the rims, deeming the set useless. Very dishonest, an employee in the industry would have known the rim was damaged but chose not to disclose the fact..I messaged Jake with my concern and he never replied. WARNING , RIP OFF

The young man who served me explained how the repair was done in details that I understood. Super courteous staff. Awesome service, thank you :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was dropping off my grandchildren in Rolleston recently and after a visit to McDonalds came out to find one of my tyres completely flat and unable to be driven on. The tyre was starting to come apart! I phoned Bridgestone Rolleston and Shane was so helpful. He sent one of his boys over within a few minutes to change the tyre for me. I went back to the yard but unfortunately they didn’t have a new tyre in the size I needed. So they checked over all my tyres and filled them with air where needed for my trip back home. And all for free!! A brilliant and friendly service which you don’t always get these days. I will definitely be recommending them to friends and family.
