★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent work on my ute and my step daughter's car. And they both came back washed and vacuumed. Minor hold up with part supplies, but that wasn't Hollands fault and Cameron was helpful and kept me in the loop.

The paint work was incredibly poor not only did it take them three attempts for them to fix (sent back due to poor quality), they painted my engine and everything in the bay too had to ask them to remove the paint from my engine. Not even 6 months later it all started flaking off.
The loan cars we were given were unsafe flat tyres and bad suspension. The service was rude. I was told a check engine light went away was a light bulb it was definitely not.
My car has been completely repainted by a professional now who has said steps were missed in the paint process. The car was repainted due to the paint peeling off.
They claimed to have replaced a whole headlight they didn’t, it was plastic welded and an aftermarket lense was attached. The light filled with water and was completely replaced recently by another panel beating company.
When I got my car back it was pulling all over the road due to the accident I had to ask for a wheel alignment. I got my car back without a light installed because I needed something to drive they forgot to call and tell me when it arrived.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enquired about a small scratch on my car drivers door,however,thinking it was only going to be a small job,I was surprised when I was told that they would have to re paint my driver's door, and also part of the rear right door at a cost of $600,disappointing as my car is less than twelve months old.

Mr. Holland who owns the business is very kind and respectful. His service was outstanding . I voice for anyone who wants to get their car done through an insurance claim need to consider Holland collision as you wouldn't get a better place to get better service and customer satisfaction.
