★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If i could rate 0 I would. The lady at the front desk seriously needs to work on her customer service skills. I travelled 40km round trip to get a tube and get it fitted. Long story short after waiting I ended up having to return the next day only to be told the tube they ordered for me was put in someone else's tyre and I would have to come back the next day. This was the only time she actually smiled during any of the interactions she had with me. Like it was a big joke. Interestingly the first person I told about the service I received said they would never go back there after they fitted the wrong tyres on their car and getting the same service.

got told they could not do it as my 2 frount tyres we’re beyond the point of baldness. Needless to say It passed a wof the week earlier and one of the front tyres was virtually 1 week old.
Took it elsewhere and got a wheel alignment straight away.
