★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys were the best. Firstly they weren't condescending or scathing about our completely shredded tyre (2 women travelling from New Plymouth....didn't notice the flat !) They were humorous and kind and extremely helpful. Rang around to find tyres to fit and were generous with their advice and coffee!! Outstanding service and friendliness! Well done!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 36 years account with Firestone/Bridgestone cancelled today 27/4/2022 absolutely disgusted and disappointed even devastated to say the least, can not believe the treatment over a $1.50 30second repair that the opposition refused to charge me for after hearing how terrible the service was, my tens of thousands of dollars spent yearly will be happily received elsewhere from today, will be speaking with solicitor before laying more formal and further complaints.. very disappointing Taupo Bridgstone and team
