★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty average experience with this place, car was taken here to have tyres changed by a mechanical workshop. Came back with damage to the sills from a lazy jack operator and scratches to the wheels. At least use a rubber block on the jack and a nylon covered socket to take the wheel nuts off. I'm in the automotive customer service trade myself and really expected better from a reputable tyre company.
