β β β β β I was supposed to post this up afew days ago but from the phone call to dropping my car off. To service my Toyota Caldena it had a front imbalance Right brake. They were very straight forward, timely pleasant service, I would highly recommend for others to try them out.

β β β β β Took my land cruiser in for a wheel alignment.
Got the vehicle back and it was no better than when I dropped it off ( steering wheel not centered and pulling to the left) immediately took it back was told it was castor, maybe the wheels etc said I would try it over the weekend. Brung it back the following week they said they would adjust the steering wheel while claiming the alignment was fine. An hour later I get called to collect the vehicle which they have not put on the machine only test driven, now they're saying the steering box is too tight. Took my truck to my mates workshop to use his alignment machine found the front drag link seized so they couldn't have adjusted it at all and the toe was completely out once the wheel was centered.
Arguments from the moment I brought the truck back and feeding me misinformation ( reply to you. You're the first and ONLY alignment shop that has touched this vehicle. I paid 3500 to Cooper tyres for the tyres and he was either too busy or his guy was sick and I got tired of waiting for the alignment to be done. So I said he should use that money which I paid to pay for an alignment elsewhere to which he agreed. Secondly the bar leading from the steering box to the outside wheel is completely seized. Two of us hanging off a pipe wrench couldn't get it to. Move at all. Heat anti seize the lot. Explains why my steering wheel still doesn't point center.)

β β β β β Had my car fully serviced just 2 days ago, PLUS a WOF. Great team, Great Service. Mike and Dean's family business has been going for over 40 years, so they know a thing or 2. Im not there for the cheapest in town, I go there because I trust them. That guy Thomas needs to understand you cant just drop a car off, get people to do work and then not expect to pay, seriously Dude !!

β β β β β So this week I have new shocks put on my 4bee, new WOF done on my trailer plus repair the spare tyre for the trailer (it just needed a replacement valve :) ). Got it all done in one go while I was there, EPIC service, EPIC great team, glad to have used TAAS, saved me money and time, thanks TEAM TAAS.

β β β β β Took my car in to get It checked as it was dying on me cost me 200-300 for them to check throttle body and check spark plugs they also scan my vehicle even tho it wasnβt throwing a code donβt know why they did that so I had to pay extra for that also they top up my oil when I never asked for that also had to pay extra for that they said nothing was wrong with the car.Car ended up dying on me 4 days later.Took it too a different mechanic they found what was the problem instantly.I do not recommend taking your car to this company

β β β β β Dean and team at Tony Allen Auto are awesome. Very friendly and they are experts in what they do, and talking about fast service (100%). Thank you very much for looking after our vehicles, replaced new engine in hubby's truck a year ago and had it full service a couple of weeks ago. Just picked up my Subie yesterday and it's going like brand new and with new WOF. Thank you thank you thank you Dean and team, YOU ARE THE BEST. Highly recommended and we'll see you next time:-)

β β β β β This place is absolutely ridiculous; donβt go there
Mike the owner of the place was so rude to me and my partner, mike started yelling on us at the first place when we came to collect the car, there was a big paint mark on the car which wasnβt there when we gave him the car for repair and not willing to take any responsibility for his own actions and started talking rude to us. FOS as well got involved and were very rude and being so defensive.
Not recommend this place at all!!!!!!!
