★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They do a very reasonable job at fixing those supermarket dents to head on or other types of damage to your vehicle.
You would also hope that the insurance is paying for the work that you’ve had done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used my car without permission to transport goods for their shop causing damage to the interior. Used my petrol and left dirt throughout the car. Did not treat me or my car with respect and were very rude. They work they were paid to do was not done well either but they had very good colour matching and paint work done. Had to wait two months to get the work done and only told it'd be that long after sorting it with insurance. Wish I could give 0 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor communication, took our car in for an insurance assessment. Would have been nice to know at that time they have a 2 month wait to do the work rather than going through the assessment and approval process first, then being told - that's a week wasted already. I doubt many people would be keen to wait 2 months for a repair. Have found an alternative with a more reasonable 2-3 week wait, but now i have to go through the assessment and approval all over again. Thanks for over committing and focusing on more business instead of the customers experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. No communication. Have had to ring several times to find out progress for our vehicle. Doesn't seem to occur to them that having our only vehicle off the road for MONTHS would be a big deal to us and we might need to know. They have no empathy for our situation what so ever. We've been on the waiting list for a courtesy car well over a month. And no one there cares in the slightest. These people don't don't deserve your custom. And looking at the other reviews, they will likely disappoint you. Shame for such a well known local business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing service, my door looks good as new. Even though it was an insurance job, they treated me like a VIP. I was unable to pick up car because my leg is in cast, so they dropped the car home for me. the car had been cleaned inside and out, they even washed and folded my boot towels... none this was necessary. Great customer service also. I'm a very satisfied customer.
