★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was the simplest car rental experience! I have used RaD before at another branch with also a good experience. This is always totally contactless and is the best system. Everything was arranged via the website and email. The instructions for collection and drop back were very clear. Although there was no direct person to person contact I still felt valued as a customer via the virtual exchange and could have phoned if I needed to. Even though I arrived at the airport at 5pm other car rental agencies said they were not available at this time. The way RaD operates means this is not an issue. The car I selected was all I needed for my week exploring the Catlins. The price was good because I didn't need a new car so was happy to pay for an older vehicle. I am very pleased with the service and experience and highly recommend RaD Dunedin. I will certainly use RaD again. The photo is just my rental car alone in the distance at Nugget Point car park. It's the best time to domestically explore New Zealand!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently hired a car from RAD Dunedin airport. The car was easily found with instructions on the drivers side window on how to get the key from the lock box using the code pre sent to me. The car was a Nissan Note which was very peppy and great for my trip to and from the Catlins. Drop off was easy, just drop the key in the box in the car park. Highly recommended for an easy contactless car hire

Didn't have to deal with a person at any stage of booking the car, picking it up at the airport or returning it. So simple and way cheaper than all other options that I looked at. Car was in mint condition. Would recommend RAD wholeheartedly!
