★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When initial work was conducted for my insulation they left rubbish on my property then two years on I was forced to proceed with a liability claim due to the work they did causing (or at the very least exacerbating hugely) water damage to my floor because they left foil in place and insulated over top of it, meaning the moisture couldn't escape. There was very poor communication through the process (which I was constantly following up for 5 months!). During the initial inspection they also said that the insulation in my ceiling was to standard but my building report said it wasn't so this didn't seem to be a very good assessment.

The men that installed our system we're polite and respectful. They did the job efficiently and cleaned away all mess at completion. I would recommend this company for service, value for money and good advice on which products best suit your particular needs.

I bought a very good Panasonic heat pump and I'm very happy with how it's working and being connected to a phone app is really effiecent.
