★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked using the online tool, and was followed up with the next day via email to book a time which was confirmed in email. It had to be in the middle of the day to meet their needs, so I made work arrangements to be home, but unfortunately they never showed up. When I called I was informed that my job was never added to the schedule. I was given a glib "sorry" with the attitude of someone who really didn't care. Thoroughly unimpressed - failed at the first hurdle of customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The guys promised to install after a fortnight, failed, no response to phones or email for a week, then come back to me with a new date of install a month later! How ridiculous! Let me tell you the owner nor their staff didn't have any regrets not even apologise! Finally they have communicated their inability to execute the order! Also always clarify if they are selling Gree - Cozy or Hyper cos their is a price difference,! Normally most customers don"t know and they don't clarify. Customers think they have been offered competitive price. What i believe is there is a massive difference in performance!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing price and super fast at getting the heat pump installed. After getting three quotes for an install, it was a no brainer to use Frost Industries. This is the second heat pump they have installed for me, and I would go back again to them if I need to in the future. Highly recommended.
Update (05/2021)- just used Frost Industries to install another heatpump into my tenants unit, and once again the service was excellent. Turned up as expected, and when I checked after they finished, the flat was left super clean. And again, the price the lowest of all the quotes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a confirmed booking for late morning, so I made work arrangements to be at the site, but unfortunately they didn't showed up on time. Thinking that they were probably running late in traffic, I waited for another 20 minutes before calling (x3). No one answered. Got a text 46 minutes (after the agreed time) to simply say they had issues with the previous job hence was unable to contact me. I was given a glib "sorry" and was informed the booking was cancelled!?.
I was really frustrated by then. I therefore email Frost Industries, stating my disappointment with their staff. But was thoroughly unimpressed with their sarcastic reply, that their staff was "obviously just running behind schedule" and the "wish you all the best for the future". No apologies whatsoever. What is with this attitude!? Failed at the first hurdle of customer service with such arrogant and unprofessional attitude.
