I’ve bought many things from briscoes overall and about 2 out of 3 times the products are faulty. I believe they source their stuff from dodgy sources and are not authorised reseller. Lesson: if the price is to good to be true it’s a SCAM: and some of their promos are fake and outdated. Will be complaining to the commerce commission!NEVER BUY HERE AGAIN: go somewhere trusted like Harvey Norman or JB Hi Fi.

Went here to buy a friend a hair dryer. They had some models on special. Picked a lighter weight one. Also looked for a coffee grinder. I like going to Briscoe as they have such a variety of goods.

I could have given zero stars for customer service then would have , never had such a rude experience at any of Brisocoes in my years of shopping, we had two coffee cups and we looked for rubbish bin at entrance near lifts , near stairs so at checkout my girlfriend asked the operator can she put those two cup in the bin right behind her her answer was we dont take take rubbish and was unhelpful . Such a big store and they dont have a rubbish bin at entrance which all stores of smaller size and on top of it most rude customer service like they dont care or they didnt want us there. I see many other reviews alike here and management had not responded to any of those so I guess they dont care .
