The store is always clean & tidy.
Very helpful, knowledge staff.
Never buy anything full price, descent sales ever other week.
Keep looking for the Briscoes lady, haven't been able to locate her as yet!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great shop, usually go to the Napier store as there seems to be much more selection. Hastings store didn’t have a great experience, elderly man who I think might’ve been someone who works out the back, practically yelled at me to put a mask on. I told him politely I had an exemption and offered to show him but he continued to give me rude tones. Quite disappointed as I was looking to purchase a couple stools. Definitely put me off. I work in customer service myself and was shocked. It’s not hard to be kind. Goes a long way these days and I will not be coming back here again unfortunately.

This time I went to purchase a poncho rain coat. Found them easily once I was pointed in the right direction. Ended up getting 2 as they were under $5 each?
