β β β β β Visited this shop close to closing time. Knew what I wanted just didn't know where to find it. Was completely ignored by the two staff members who were there. Didn't get a friendly reply when I asked where the item I needed was and was told where to find it rather than taken to it. The service didn't get any better at the counter either. Is it so hard to greet customers with a friendly hello? These two people shouldn't be working in customer service. I won't be going back
