★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a very convenient place to park if you're going to Spark Arena. However, the entrance to the car park may be a bit difficult to find especially at night. Once in the area you need to be careful so as not to miss it. Other than that, it's a nice, secure and spacious place to park. Price is very reasonable as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy to find, easy access, wide vehicle ways, however limited public parking as most reserved 7 days 24hrs. Public parking space signage is at best confusing with supposed public spaces with reserved spaces only visible on rubber end curb. All this adds to your stress as you wonder all the time if you're parked where you are supposed to.
Event parking was not cheap $20.00
Would use again if only if I cannot find an easier place to park.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just parked there for 6mins, and it asked me for $6. I have also checked with their front desk: apparently, no matter there were any parking spots or not, they would charge you $6 as long as you enter the parking building. I suggest you choose a different carpark….

Greedy, unprofessional, extorting establishment. Car was damaged in there car park. Asked for them to check the cctv footage (provided exact times from my receipt). Went to office in person twice over a 4 day period, phoned on 3 occasions to follow this matter up. They state they’re to busy to do this. And then made up a false privacy act rule that I can’t see the footage of my vehicle.
Mean while I’m left with a damaged vehicle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location by the Britomart area. Fairly expensive, but it's a new and well kept facility. Big building with lots of parking, but it seems that most of it is leased so there's a lot of driving to get to the top level, and some of the direction markings are not particularly clear. The shade sails on the top level are a nice touch in summer because they keep the sun off the cars.
