★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prepaid for a car park for a few hours and the license plate is meant to be read/sensed when you leave and the barrier is automatically meant to raise and let you out (similar to Newmarket) however that didn't happen and we needed to ring for help. Disappointing for us and the people behind us that we held up.
Also the traffic flow is two ways, but really there isn't enough room for two cars to pass side by side (opposite directions) around the corners. Very tight. I'm glad I wasn't driving as I would have been quite anxious that another car would be coming around the corner.
This car park is super close to spark arena so that was convenient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very handy to Spark arena. I got an overcharge but they refunded me when I sent an email and pointed out the anomily in the conditions. Be very sure of the times and conditions especially when booking ahead. Make sure you put in the maximum hours you think you'll use. Read up on the reviews so you are aware of the many ways you can get caught out!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely dreadful. Booked and paid for a park in order to attend a matinee of The Lion King. Luckily we had allowed plenty of time as there were none at all available. There were cars full of families looking for parks, many of whom gave up and left. It was purely by chance that we met a lady who had called admin and they had told her to park in a 'reserved' park labelled with a tow-away sign. S we did the same. When I phoned the admin the woman on duty said that was fine, no apology, no signage in the building to indicate this option.
Then on exit we spent more than 30 minutes in a queue to leave, despite waiting twenty minutes after the show.
I will never park in this building again. Do not at all recommend. I'm only giving one star in order to post a review.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have to say that this venue is about the most car-parkiest building I've been in for weeks. There is literally nothing else one can do apart from parking a car, and walking away. The cryptic ticket vending machine provided a few moments of entertainment but was a problem easily cracked with a moment of inspired logic. I saw people walk away from it and towards an actual attendant, so too hard for some.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy access and has about 6 stories available. There are a number of reserved spaces so be aware not to park there. Pay wave available to pay,on the weekend it is $5 for half an hour.Lifts and stairs available to get up and down the levels.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great early bird parking available if you arrive before 11:00 and leave after 14:00 , I use this parking lot when going into the office quite often and it has had parking available every time I have used it very reliable. Great place to park close to the ferry and walking distance from Queen Street.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place for parking, close enough to where you need to go to. Team member was a bit arrogant yet still forcing himself to answer any questions and be helpful.
For a first time visit, it lack any indication for information and direction on how or where to pay your ticket when leaving the car park. Would be helpful if there're any or more signs or directions that are going to be helpful when you need it even for any experience users, more information are much better than less available.
