About Britomart
Cooper and Company is a private investment company with offices in Auckland, California and Texas. It was founded in 1989 by Peter Cooper, a New Zealander who divides his time between New Zealand and the US.
Cooper and Company invests in, manages and develops assets on a long-term basis in two main areas: real estate in both New Zealand and the United States, and private equity, with a focus on financial services and energy solutions.
In 2002 the Britomart development contract was put up for tender by Auckland City Council. One of the bidders was the Bluewater Consortium, led by Cooper and Company, then known as Bluewater Management Company. After a lengthy and highly competitive international bid process, the Britomart contract was awarded to the Bluewater Consortium in 2004. In 2006 Bluewater Management Company bought out its partners in the Consortium and in April 2008 changed its name to Cooper and Company.
Day to day property, facilities and precinct management of Britomart and the Britomart Car Park is provided by Britomart Group Management Company, with Cooper and Company having responsibility for strategic asset management, including property development.
Besides Britomart, Cooper and Company’s real estate activities include Bay of Islands heritage and conservation property The Landing (and luxury private accommodation at The Landing Residences) and master-planned Texas town centre Southlake Town Square.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything diverts back to Britomart, the final stop for both Eastern and Southern line train services. They have newly furnished the interior of Britomart abive ground hub and are still continuing to improve it which is great especially because the new hub looks cleaner and doesn't have that industrialised concrete and steel walls/ceiling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very amazing Hotel. I'd have to say the best in Auckland! Very Friendly Hotel Staff! The rooms are spotless with a lot of goodness Hidden away in them. And the acoustics in the shower are definitely 5 Star worthy. I'd highly recommend this place if you can afford it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Britomart is really fun to have a look at and looks so pretty with all the fairy-lights. It's a really modern high end shopping area built on top of the railway station in the CBD. It also has a Countdown near by and sitting areas if you are looking to have some lunch outside in the city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What an amazing place, our daughter Anika and her fiancee James stayed here for a couple of nights on business, and we visited her for a few drinks , in the library, which is so exquisite, the artwork is great and the architecture is awesome. We were booked for dinner elsewhere, but we would definitely love to get the opportunity to come here for dinner in the very near future. With my family posts on "social media " i have had so many questions and comments about how amazing The Hotel Britomart looks ❤?

Lovely room and friendly helpful staff. Breakfast at Kingi was delicious and dining there in the evening did not disappoint.
Highly recommend and will be back!
