★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have used Radius for all my IT support for the past 4 or 5 years. They have always been very responsive and provided good solutions to any problems that arise
We recently upgraded our small business network so all machines are now on windows 7. At the same time we also went to windows 365 on 2pc’s and two laptops and upgraded office on the old XP machine as well. 365 went really well with Radius setting up the machines and also improving my SkyDrive access with the suggestion I use SkyDrive pro instead.
At Radius suggestion I also took a monthly subscription to Microsoft exchange ( about $6/mth) so the email and calendars are synced across all the devices I use which was a much better solution to previously having email on a single PC and having to use Gmail when out of the office if I needed to send emails. A really good outcome that I was not aware of.
I also established a self-published website from free parking but struck some problems which I probably could have sorted out eventually but Radius did with ½ an hour over a few days directly with freeparking.
Radius provide a high level of service at an acceptable cost and have always left me satisfied such that I routinely recommend them to others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having experienced poor or average IT support from previous computer suppliers that our business has dealt with, we were very relieved when we first discovered Radius Networks.
Over the past 5 years they have always provided us with excellent support for all our IT needs. This company should be an example for any business, not just IT support companies, on how to provide a high-quality and very professional service.
Earlier this year, when I had to replace my all-important CAD workstation, again Radius Networks provided the perfect solution. It was no ordinary PC that we were after, the high-performance video card alone cost $1400. Radius Networks did all the necessary research, sourced the very best components (including the latest technology such as SSD etc.) and custom-built an absolutely fantastic workstation. High performance and quite running were two of the main criteria and the unit is very fast and whisper quite (in spite of the 5 cooling fans in it!).
Radius Networks were also very helpful in upgrading the previous workstation and came up with the solutions to not only extend its useful life, but to dramatically increase its performance as well. We are very confident that when we require any service or advice Radius Networks will be there for us with friendly prompt and professional service.

And then they went on to advise practically and simply on how to avoid it in future, and then as an aside, helped us with miscellaneous other systems. It is a delight to deal with such an adaptable swiftly responsive team.
And as a bonus, they explain everything in a easy-to-understand way.

They are exceptionally good; their proactive IT support has kept our network and SBS server running smoothly, with almost no down-time in 5 years.
Last year, they upgraded our SBS 2008 server to 2011, and they did the job perfectly. Highly recommended!

since we have used only them for all our computer and network needs - be it seeking expert advice on which product to buy, procuring it and even installation and maintenance of our computers and networks.

They do a very thorough job, and pretty quickly too! My laptop was repaired as it was running out of space on C drive. Once again the work was quick, thorough and well done. In every aspect of a computer support company, they are a winner - highly recommended!
