★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can only comment on our room as there were cottages and possibly bigger rooms than ours. Our room was small but very comfortable, clean and had it's own ensuite. No TV, not that that bothered me. Breakfast was in the shared kitchen/diningroom and was plentiful. The view behind the b&b is stunning ....the fabulous mountain range. It's about 2.4km from the town centre. The owner, Judy was friendly and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brook house is a five star stay because Judy treats her guests like extended family. There’s no price gouging and check in is a very simple process. I read some reviews when I first booked that left me skeptical but I’m glad we stayed here.
She has all the nice comforts you won’t find at a hotel, 24h coffee and tea, a water refill, and extremely clean spaces.
