I would like to share my experience which I feel have been really rude.
I took an appointment a month ago to do my eye brows (henna+traitement).
I called because unfortunately I was running 10 late.
The lady said that was fine.
I arrived 19minutes late due to traffic, apologized but the lady told me straight away than they couldn't take me due to my 9 minutes more.
I already specified than my wedding is Saturday morning at 11am when I took my appointment, again when I was there.
So yes is unfair for the next customer if she have to wait,(as you said) yes it's annoying to be late but you could have try to call her, or try to found a solution.
It's my wedding in 36 hours....

Had a lash lift and Tint and brow tint and sculpt with Geo, she was very lovely and made sure I was comfortable (am 37 weeks pregnant) and she did an amazing job, loooove my brow shape and colour, very skilled, will definitely be a regular visitor moving forward!

My brows in particular have never looked so good and I will most definitely be coming back! I’ve already had so many compliments and queries as to where I went and I’ve directed them this way because wow! So happy, thank you Mica for doing such an incredible job!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been going here for almost a year and they are fantastic! Place is always clean, staff are lovely and it’s a safe and comfortable environment.
I see Geo for my brows and she always asks if I’d like to see the step by step process of how she will be doing my brows to see if I’m happy with them. We always discuss the colour (henna brows) and see if there’s anything I’d like to have changed from last time.
Now I let her just do her thing as I fully trust her to give me the best brows as she always does!
