★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having arrived from the UK after months of high level lockdown following surgery , chemo and chronic back pain during which opportunities for exercise were barely minimal, I left quarantine feeling rather miserable but after joining Peak Pilates under Michelle’s guidance and care, my back is improving each week, and daily life has taken on a much rosier glow . Michelle’s professionalism ,knowledge ,and superb treatment has made a huge difference.As a physio, she is very thorough and although my condition is somewhat multifaceted she is pinpointing the areas that need strengthening , and we are working together twice weekly . Not only am I very optimistic about outcomes, but very grateful to her . I can strongly recommend the treatment provided by Peak Pilates and Physio.
