★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had lash lift done at other places but the results were not good at all. I am so happy that I gave Hannie a try. She is so talented and professional. My lashes look amazing and I got heaps of compliment. Not only that, she is so lovely to talk to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went yesterday for my classic lash extensions and was nervous as it was my first time getting it done. Hannie was so nice and made me feel really comfortable and did an amazing job. I wanted it to look natural as much as possible and she did exactly what I asked. My lashes look natural but much better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a wonderful experience! The studio is such a calm and relaxing place. I was very at peace during my appointment. I came for a lash lift but Hannie checked my lashes and recommended extensions instead. She was extremely meticulous with the placement of each lash. I walked out feeling like a whole new person! I will never go anywhere else!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going here since December of 2021 and I love it! My previous lash tech was extremely experienced and good but moved so I started seeing Hannie and she is also wonderful!! Very sweet, gentle and did fabulous jobs. Always come out with my lashes looking fab and exactly how I want it. And thank you for recommending the lash serum, it is brilliant! My lashes have never been so long and healthy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is really relaxing and the girl was so sweet. I really wanted to come back as the experience was so nice but unfortunately my brow lamination was over processed. My brows feel hard and fried off. They look permed in some places. Really disappointed as I was going away this weekend and wanted nice brows. Its going to take a while for my brows to grow back and look nice again :(
EDIT: I changed the star rating as Hannie contacted me and was very apologetic. She gave me a full refund and is sending me some brow oil to help heal/grow my brow hairs. I cannot fault her customer service. I see that other customers have had a really good brow lift and I guess everyone makes mistakes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a regular client of Lashury for almost a year. I come here every month to get my brow shaped & tinted and sometimes a lash lift. The experiences were always excellent. I have got my brows done with Hannie and Jennie, they both did amazing works on my eyebrows. And they were very gentle too.. I always left with a neat and tidy and beautiful brow shape. Lash lift is also excellent and lasts very long. My lashes are still curly after two months. Well worth the money I would say.
But what I like the most is how relaxing and calming the place is. Every time I come here I feel at ease and relaxed. The music is calming, the blanket is so soft and comfortable and everything smells good. It was so easy to fall asleep while they tended to my lashes and brow and I always left feeling refreshed. It was really a great treat for myself that I enjoyed every time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I gifted my partner a voucher to have her lashes and brows done at Lashury. It is her first time here. She loved it very much and praised that she had great experience here. Her eyes were mesmerizing after the treatment. The eyelashes and brows just look so beautiful.
The salon pay much attention to all the small details. The environment is cosy and relaxing with nice scent of essence oil. There are cakes and water at the waiting area.
Staffs are friendly and extremely helpful. I didnt know what services to get for my girl but they spent time explaining the difference between lash lift and eyelash extensions to me. The lady asked to have a look at my partner's photo and then recommended natural volume lash extensions which ended up making my partner super happy.
I would highly recommend this place. It is now my partner's go to salon for lashes and brows.
