★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great little venue to hire, really nice spot right in Browns Bay near the waterfront. Good facilities e.g. venue, kitchen & bathrooms. However, having no onsite parking is ridiculous!!! We had several guest cars moved on from right outside the venue doors & told we'd be clamped or towed if we didn't move.
