★ ★ ★ ★ ★ really poor customer service. No options for people flying in on weekend except to suggest fly to Kerikeri or if staff could be bothered they could deliver a car to airport on weekend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice car but ordered with GPS which wasn't available. When we went back to reception to speak with staff no one was there and line was engaged. Finally got through and member of staff came back and told us that they no longer offer GPS despite still being advertised on their website for that site. Also annoyed that they didn't mention this when we picked up the car so we've wasted time waiting around the airport for no reason. Would not use again.
