★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good 12 bunk hut - not as crowded as ones on the great walks fortunately. Some good surfcasting to be had in the area also.

You can go and swim there if you’re not afraid of the coldness.
There is a tree which is comparable to QUEENSTOWN one on the top of the small island near the Hut, which you can climb up when the tide is low.
The way to the Hut was quite muddy,
but the scenery worth it.
