★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cafe person serving was totally lacking in customer service. Put order in before 3 pm. No normal pies to buy. Freezer full but couldn’t be bothered to get one out and blatantly refused. Said for tomorrow’s customer. Muffin wasn’t heated. Paying customers not looked after. Rude attitude. Pushed to pay even tho not finished ordering. Week day staff are usually friendly and nice. Weekend person totally needs training.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good and honest business, the bills never get wrong. Much better than placemaker . The placemaker cheating for the bills. We found placemaker double and overcharged. and didn’t refund money back. Normally most builders couldn’t figure out the placemaker’s deception.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came from the other side of town because they apparently had what I was after online. Got there, nothing on the shelf, guy I asked said there were 4 in stock but made next to no effort to find them. Not the first time I've struck this with this store, hard not to think that poor management has lead to lazy and incompetent staff. Don't waste your time like I did, shop Mitre10 or Placemakers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just love this place, I go in there planning on grabbing what I came for and several hours later and a HANDFUL of stuff I leave. They just have so much stuff it’s insane. But don’t take my word for it , check them out. I have one complaint is they are very short staffed and that can make it challenging to get the service you want. But in saying that when I do get a human to help it is usually exceptional and they go out of there way to be helpful. So my suggestion for Bunnings is maybe they should hire a few more staff So the ones that they have aren’t stretched so thinly.

I had no clue where to begin with resolving this issue so I came in to your store in a bit of a tizz! Joe from your plumbing department went above and beyond with helping to not only calm me down, but also steer me in the right direction of a solution. Spectacular customer service and a happy resolution all around! Will definitely be coming back ?
