★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give them less than 1 star I would. I required 1x 5 litre container of Zest bathroom cleaner which is supplied by a company called Oates Laboratories in Melbourne. I phoned them and they said I could get it from Bunzl. I phoned Bunzl on no less than 3 occasions and waited for a response from their customer service........finally I was put through to the supervisor who told me that they did not sell to the "public" but on this occasion they would do a cash sale for me...great I thought. Then I was told it would be a $30 admin fee and freight on top of that making the product worth its weight in gold. You would like to think after waiting 3 weeks for their customer service to get back to you they could have done better. Well they did not so they will not get my support and I will not be recommending them to anyone else. Do not expect to get customer service out of this company, they do not know the meaning of it. Poor, very poor. BD
