★ ★ ★ ★ ★ With the short amount of staff this place has they do try their best to push out orders. If you like burger King be patient and don't expect to get fast service everytime at this location. Staff are friendly and always trying their best. Sometimes they miss stuff but understand they are under staffed and they are working under pressure so be kind and just approach them nicely as I have seen time and time again people being so rude coz they missed one thing or couple of things. It's not the end of the world just have some understanding. Remember to go in with patience if you wanting B.K from the New plymouth location otherwise don't bother you will only disappoint yourself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered via the app, collected from drive-thru. $35+ worth of food. Get home and they've conveniently forgotten the 2 most expensive burgers. This is the second time in a month, and both times it's been the biggest burger that goes missing.
Not cool.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly it doesn't depend on how fast you get people through the drive thru as long as the food is good and your not spoken to rudely but that's not the case tonight, not only is customer service rushed but things that I order isn't heard or somehow misinterpreted by service and things like burgers are cold. Usually bk is a good place to get food from but not NP for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was OK, and food is as it normal. The bad part is the cleanliness of the restaurant. There is straw paper covers and spare lids all around the drink station also, the bench is sticky. The toilet was disgusting. The cleaning charts says the toilets weren't cleaned since 9am (I came in at night). I understand if they are under staffed but you think this could be a priority for customer satisfaction. Tabels needed cleaning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went through drive through. Wasn't busy. Neither was the store. Spilled white liquid on floor behind counter. Cups and paper strewn over floor. Three staff at front counter. No one addressing a health and safety hazard. Do better.
