★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have to be feening to go to this KFC. Rude service. Missed items. Mediocre food. I complained and named the rude staff member and their management apologised and sent a good voucher. And when I went back in watched the same member be snarky as to a customer after she complained about the service. Same staff member had mask not over nose. And pushing bucket checked down with no gloves. Would definitely not recommended. BK and other FF choices are just across the road. Give that staff member training.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If your planning to go here just don't. Lol. I mean the food is as you'd expect, it's the crazy wait times whether your in the drive through or going inside. Make sure you have a good hour or more to waste waiting to even be served.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the utter most terrible KFC that ever exists. I paid $91 for my meal which was missing things and stone cold. The store was drive thru only and we had to wait an hour in line. Never go here and if you work at KFC New Plymouth then you better watch out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At drive through New Plymouth been waiting since 1.50pm it is now 2.34 and still in line waiting. With petrol now over $3 Lt it has cost a fortune and I only want to get something for my daughter's birthday and now won't be driving any where to eat it because I wasted my petrol and time in the drive through. Very unhappy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wait time is stupidly ridiculous, one hour wait in the drive thru for food. I can cook at home faster than this. So much for "fast food" not to mention the multiple times I've been here to be told "no chicken" this restaurant is such a joke. Lost themselves a loyal customer.

I’m positive children could run this place with more competency. I’m sure the Colonel will be rolling in his grave over how absolutely appalling this place is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only ordered 8 pack wicked wings. Took 45 mins at 4.30 for drive through. Got my wings. Was only 7 in the pack. Only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because I love me some Wicked wings.
