★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have to say I don’t really buy takeaway pizzas but we picked up 4 pizzas to feed a few while camping in New Plymouth. All of them were hot, with yummy toppings and sauces. Generous sizes and tasted just as good cold the next day for lunch. Pleasantly surprised.

Some respect for customer privacy?"Personal information will only be collected for a lawful purpose connected with Restaurant Brands’ functions or activities, and where the collection of personal information is necessary for that purpose. " the purpose is to buy a pizza, not to marry with "restaurant Brands " or other purposes of which i am not aware/informed of(Privacy act 2020?).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrived at shop in person, I was wearing a covid mask. Waited 10 minutes in store for service, was wanting to buy 8 large pizzas for a family gathering. When I was finally served was asked if I was fully vaccinated, I said I wasn't and was told to leave the store and go order online. I told the employee I wouldn't be doing that but will go to Dominos. Went to Dominos Fitzroy, instant service, friendly staff and great pizza with no discrimination from Dominos. I've been a customer of Pizza hut for over 30 years and noticed a steady decline in quality of the pizza but now being discriminated against in store I've made the decision to never purchase from Pizza Hut again, as have my adult children and wife. Very very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appalling service at Gover St shop in New Plymouth (Taranaki) ??. Ordered 2 x Limo and chips - told 20 minute wait. 1st Limo came out...went cold waiting for the second one - which never arrived so had to wait for replacement in the form of 3 pizzas - then chips had been forgotten so another wait and more cooling pizza while they arrived. FIFTY minutes later we finally had an order of sorts that was a) incorrect and b) cold. The guy at the till coulnt work it properly so we didn't get a receipt...which means we can't complain and claim a refund. By the time our order had been completed ther were around 25 dissatisfied customers in the shop, all getting either incoorect orders and/or very long waits (including pre-orders via telephone) Never again - Domino's next time...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been waiting over an hour for my order and now over 40 minutes past the due delivery time. They won't pick up the phone and are unable to be contacted. Save your money and time and go to domino's or hells pizza ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered for a 6.15 pickup, and although I showed up at 6.20 and paid on the spot, it was only when there was several other customers also made to wait well beyond their pickup times requested a refund as they had family to feed that it was made clear the pizzas were still not going to be ready for another 40min, the staff on that night in charge, (not the poor girl on counter) didn't seem to care that they were so far behind and gave the impression that this is a common occurrence, pizza was good though which is why it still gets 2 stars
